Information supplied during onboarding, support requests, account activity, verification, and transaction review may be used to create and administer an investor account, communicate with you, perform required checks, protect the service, and respond to legitimate operational requests.
Information is used only for purposes connected to the investor relationship, including onboarding, account access, payment and withdrawal administration, support, service security, and record keeping. We aim to collect only information that is relevant to those purposes.
Some operational functions may involve vetted technology, communications, payment, verification, or hosting providers. Information is shared only where necessary for the relevant function and subject to appropriate contractual and operational safeguards.
Access to investor information is restricted to authorised operational purposes. Technical and procedural safeguards are used to protect the infrastructure handling account information, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may ask to review or correct account information by contacting support@liberstonecapital.com. Requests are assessed in light of identity, security, record-keeping, and applicable legal requirements.

A complete policy, including the applicable retention periods, data-sharing details, and individual rights, will be provided with the investor agreement and before personal information is collected for onboarding.
